Quality Policy Statement

We are committed to providing customers with service of the highest possible level of quality. In order to achieve this, we are continually improving processes, products and services, meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction at all times. The key highlights of our policy are:

  • Enhancing the skills of management and staff through review and actively pursuing an on-going training policy, the objective of which is to prepare staff to perform their work more effectively.

  • Promoting the culture of continual quality improvements and the philosophy of getting things “right first time”.

  • Rigorously controlling the supply, installation and completion to programme of all projects.

  • Promoting the quality management systems and ensuring implementation is achieved by internal auditing, management review, corrective and preventive action.

  • Communicate this policy to our employees, stakeholders, and all interested parties to ensure continued adherence to this policy.

  • Achieve and maintain high standards of work that enhances our reputation and those of our customers and stakeholders.

  • Forge partnerships with our suppliers and major players in the Private and Public Sectors to ensure optimum business performance. We also ensure that our suppliers and partners that may be used in the delivery of our services also comply with our quality philosophy and company policies.

  • Maintaining our reputation for honesty and integrity and ensuring that this is reflected throughout the organization.

  • Monitor and review our service provision and processes, identifying potential errors and implementing the necessary actions to eliminate them.

  • The management system is based on the principles of ISO9001:2009, the International Standard for Quality Management Systems to which we are striving towards and expect to be certified soon.

Quality is a degree of excellence, which is ever changing. Every member of staff is involved in managing how we can improve today, tomorrow and long into the future.

Implementation

This Quality Policy statement will be reviewed annually. Responsibility for compliance to this policy rests with the Board of Directors, who will monitor the effectiveness of the policy and its associated initiatives. This Quality Policy Statement will be displayed prominently, and access to the complete Quality manual detailing procedures will be available on the premises for reference by any employee.
